Well I wanted to take some firework photos this past 4th put the closest show was already backed up and crowed by the time I got there so In a moment of genius the people I was with turned into a parking lot near the show and found a lake over looking the show. I found this little bit of land getting toward the direct of the fireworks. Set up the tripod and this is what followed:

Everglades Photowalk (Part3)

Finally here is the panoramic sets. The first is (was) a 360º pano that I had to split in order to accommodate most screens.
Next is a pano of one of the first holding lakes created by the Army Corp. of Engineers back in 1948 as part of the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan.

Everglades Photowalk (Part1)

This is more of an impromptu photo shoot but I’ll be going to the Florida Everglades this weekend with my camera to snap a few moments in time. It’s been a while since my last outdoor adventure, so my friend and amateur photographer suggested grabbing our gear and taking a ride out to airboat country where there is a 20 mile circular dirt road that goes deep into the the everglades. Hopefully by following weekend, I’ll have the photos mastered and up on the website.

Wedding Photo Shoot

Recently I was approached by a long-term family friend to document her special day. The wedding will be a sunset backyard wedding with a small guest list. With a low lighting situation like a twilight wedding, adds a lot of stain on a photographer that primarily shoots in daylight and of landscapes. As a result, the use of key items will be needed: Tripods for stability, Flashes for clarity of detail, etc..

Studio Fashion Shoot

As my photography improves I try to absorb more and more in order to help improve my skills. Recently I’ve organized a way to give back to my friends with my talents. Thus I contacted three of my fashion designer friends and proposed a way to show cast their work on my site as well as some of my affiliate’s sites. However, instead of using their existing a design they were tasked with make three to five new designs. With a team of five models, two possible locations, two days to shoot, and the three designers this will be one of my highlights of 2009.
